Interested in all aspects of folklife? We are. Our Journal (FWJ), now published June & December, covers a range of topics.
FWJ contains learned articles aimed at interested readers; it is not a peer-reviewed journal. It also seeks to raise awareness about relevant organisations. We are a non-profit organisation and publish in print, and as much as possible free online.
Typically, we include
ARTICLES & SONGS • NEWS / DATES from eg Folklife Organisations and Researchers • and occasionally REVIEWS

- Local Celebrations listings compiled by Doc Rowe
- Member-listings: Folklife Organisations, Folklife Studies - also on this site http://traditions.folklife-west.org.uk
Your contributions are welcome, please contact us before submitting.
- The deadlines are for Articles, Songs Collected, and News, and also for dates of folklife conferences, exhibitions, schools and workshops, from Folklife Organisations or those concerned with Folklife Studies
Reviews - as appropriate. Please contact us first before submitting, well before the deadline. Contact us before posting anything larger than 'Large Letter' size.
